  3. I-DCB ne-ALN substrate ekucaba okuphakeme kuzoqinisekisa amandla nokuzinza kwenhlanganisela ecindezelwe ne-thyristor chip, ukuqhutshwa kwe-thermal okuhle kakhulu, ukuchithwa kokushisa okusheshayo, umthelela ophakeme wokulwa nokukhuphuka kwamandla wamanje kanye ne-voltage.
  4. I-base plate yahlukaniswa futhi ileveli yokuhlukaniswa ku-2500V ukuvikela ukuphepha kwabantu.
